COVID 19 safety
In order to reduce the spread of COVID, if you (or any member of your household) are having any cold, cough, or COVID symptoms, you are required to change your appointment to virtual. You may do so by contacting your provider as soon as possible via email, phone, or the patient portal instant messaging system. Your provider will extend you the same courtesy. Thank you for doing your part to keep us all healthy!

Obsidian Care Collective providers will discuss masking policies with each patient. Please inform your provider of any respiratory infections you or members of your household experience. All providers are fully vaccinated and boosted. We will continue to provide masks for those who need them while onsite.

If you require a visitor who is your sole form of transportation or an approved family member who aids in your care taking, please communicate with your provider about how folks can find a cozy spot to wait for you during your session.

We will do our best to source products that have the least amount of artificial scents. If you have environmental sensitivities, please discuss how we can make your in person session comfortable and welcoming with your provider.

We will have some sanitizer for you to use or you may use your own.
